Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In order to be fair and most effective to all of my clients the following policy must be honored:

-24 hour notice on all canceled appointments is required. If you are unable to give a full 24 hours notice you will be charged up to the full session price. 

-I do not charge for missed appointments due to inclement weather. I would rather you stay safely at home than try to drive in for your appointment. And by all means if you are sick, please stay home, but please give me as much notice as possible.

No shows – If you either forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment you will be considered a“no show”. You will be charged for your missed appointment up to the full session price.

-If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate any other appointments after yours. You will be responsible for the full amount of the session scheduled regardless of the length of session you receive.

Last minute appointment change -If for any reason you are unable to receive your full session, you will be charged for the original session booked, unless you gave the proper 24 hour notice for changing your appointment.

-After 3 late or missed appointments I will no longer continue to schedule you.

The cancellation and no show fees must be paid in full before your next appointment can be booked.

Gift Certificates – Gift certificates are transferable, but are NOT refundable and NOT redeemable for cash. 24 hour cancellation notice is also required for appointments scheduled with gift certificates. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice or if you “no show” for your scheduled appointment the gift certificate will become void as if you used it and will not be valid for a future appointment.

Please understand that I have a waiting list of clients who need the therapies I provide, when you no show or cancel your appointment last minute it is unlikely that any person on my waiting list can come in on such short notice.

Your appointment is a time slot that I have reserved for you and I can not get that time back when you do not show up. I respect your time, please respect mine by giving at least a 24 hour cancellation notice.
