Aromatherapy Massage Helps Beat Winter Blues

winter blues massage

Increased illness and sickness combined with less activity, short days, more clouds and less sun can bring on the winter blues. Massage therapy has been proven to aid in blues, stress and depression. Essential oils are also known for having a multitude of benefits from fighting illnesses, healing wounds, and uplifting moods. Combine the two for an incredibly relaxing and healing experience called an Aromatherapy Massage. Typically I provide aromatherapy as an add-on service, letting clients choose a blend of their liking to use for their massage session for an extra $5, but in the coming weeks I will be creating one blend each to week that clients will have the option to try and add-on to their massage session for free! See the details below for the weekly featured blends. And don’t forget to schedule your massage for the week that features the blend you want to try…or better yet schedule a session for every week and try them all! Beat the winter blues and illnesses by boosting you immune system with powerful essential oils and leave feeling uplifted!
